I would like you to know about Mr Douglas Small. Douglas has been the most helpful Motability representative, I have been a customer of Curtis for the past 15 years.

Each time my car is to be renewed Douglas is there for me, not only at the time of change but for many months afterwards.

If I have a problem it is Douglas that is at the end of the phone with the solution

I do not think there is a Motability rep to beat him, he deserves every accolade!
